Biggest pet peeve about LJ: A peeve about LJ itself, or the way people use it?
For the first, I'm annoyed by how unprofessional the company is about introducing new features. They go whee! I'm going to add this, this is going to be so cool!!! And then don't test it adequately and it either breaks LJ immediately or results in massive slowdowns and/or both. This is a service that people pay money for, not your high school project, dudes.
For the second, I hate the whole scenario where someone has a real problem/flaw (shitty writer, dangerously overweight, etc.) and then makes a "woe is me" post without any indication that they're trying to improve or change things for the better and then a flood of people comment with YOU ARE AWESOME AND NOTHING IS WRONG WITH YOU!!! and they're all totally lying, but just do it because they want to seem supportive and feel good about themselves because they think that's what the person wants to hear.
Do you feel close to most of the people on your friends list: I have 141 people on my friends list, so of course not.
How many journals on LiveJournal do you have: 1 and 1 "borrowed" from littlestclouds. *wink*
