If I had a digital camera, I'd take pictures everyday so I could track the progression!
I combined all of my strength training exercises into one continuous circuit today to save yet more time. It's so nice to have become noticeably stronger; all the exercises feel easier to me, which means it's time to change my routine or up the weights.
Also, I ran 1.5 miles in 15 minutes! Which is a "moderate" pace, but I have short legs and it wasn't by any means a max speed, and I just about died running it in 16 minutes when I was 11 years younger and 10 pounds lighter.
Ugh. 30 minutes continuously on the elliptical trainer. I managed to occupy myself with figuring out my plan for world domination, but you can only do that for so long. Bored, bored, bored.
I am a slave to the "Safeway Club". It dictates my diet, it seems. :P Also the shampoo/conditioner I use. And the soap/body wash. And candles. But it makes me feel so special! I'm a club member. Things are cheaper for me because I'm special.
