In conclusion, having sex with Barry Zito makes me throw up.

In more cheerful news, it appears that the pairing that never was (except in some other world *coughs*) and had no basis in reality is... becoming? After like... 6 years.

I got so excited last night I almost gave myself another vertigo attack when Petr scored on the give-and-go with Marty and then fell down (Petr always ends up on his ass at least once per game) and then got up to leap on Marty! A leap on their first goal together! Usually it takes a few goals before Petr jumps on people!

I'm sure Havlat would love to still be with Koivu, but I can guarantee he loves the fact he’s with Sykora. He even tweeted early this morning how it felt like old times. The two have played together in a number of international tournaments and definitely showed on that one give-and-go goal that they’ve got chemistry.

I find myself in the exact opposite position I was last year when I thought the Red Wings were going to win but wanted the Penguins to win. The difference this year is that Marian is a Red Wing and I doubt Petr will be playing in the SCF at all. I mean, I'm sure he'd be happy for the Pens to win, but to win the Cup twice and not ever be able to skate around with it? :(

There's only one factor in my pick, but it's a big one--injuries. The Red Wings seem wounded enough that they're not going to win. *sigh* Hopefully they're not as wounded as I think they are, but I don't think Datsyuk, Draper and Lidstrom would be missing games with the sniffles.

Had a wonderful dream last night where I was making out with Noah Lowry (as opposed to gross people who I've managed to block out completely). It was very nice up until the point he blew me off to... study? :( I guess I was making out with college!Lowry. Anyway, still nice. :)

I dreamed last night that Joe Thornton started a blog, which in and of itself is not horrifying but what IS horrifying is that part of it was about his sex life. :( :( :( And then at some point he was crying, but thankfully he wasn't CRYING AFTER SEX.

I'm watching the Giants game I recorded last night and... Brian Wilson has gotten rid of his upsetting soul patch thing, but now he has like a... ponytail mullet. I don't know what it is! It's terrifying! Someone should cut his hair off in his sleep. Preferably that someone should not be Zito. Or Lincecum. (Why do I still find him hot? It's like there is nothing but ugly hot in my life lately. How about some pretty hot?)

Haren got all pissy when he was on deck and they replaced him with a pinch hitter. Threw his bat and helmet and everything! I don't think I've ever seen him do something like that before.

Going to the game today with lastcatastrophe!!! And Lincecum had some sort of "stomach ailment" but he's okay now so he's pitching today. :D They probably just gave him some Tums and sent him on his way.

Had a dream that my mother frowned at me and said, "You're fat." This pretty much describes our relationship my whole life in succinct fashion! :P

Last night I had a dream with a lot of things happening, but I can't remember details, except that Barry Zito was in it, but being all shady or stealthy, like he was going to put a hit on someone or something, but then there was this dog and it like, choked to death in front of me and I was horribly traumatized cos' I watched my dog die when I was 17 and I woke up somewhat upset because of the dog, and couldn't really remember the Zito part of my dream.

In summary, dead dog > Barry Zito.

Lira! I have a kid for the Huston Street backpack game, I think!!! Alex's younger brother may be available. And maybe he can bring his girlfriend so she can get one for you too! :P

You know, this sleep deprivation thing does have it's good points. It's like being permanently drunk, everything is fucking hilarious and I can't stop laughing.

So I had a dream last night that I was the spawn of Satan. And I kept getting harrassed by these very creepy minions of Satan. Then I go to Aveda and there's a table set up by a couple of guys with some books on them, one of which is titled "Son of Satan". I live near a church that has the street number 666. My phone number is 666-****. And after getting paid for my last pillage of the night, I have 666,116 PoE.

Will keep you guys updated if hounds of hell or anything of the sort appear.

I watched League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and Underworld recently, and although I thought they were pretty bad overall, I really enjoyed certain aspects. The sets were really beautiful. LXG had that whole Victorian era steampunk feel to it--reminds me of the game Arcanum, and Underworld filmed in uhh, Eastern Europe? Some city with lots of beautiful gothic buildings and mansions and stuff. Anyway, they were bad, but better than The Mummy, which made 4170205702703 dollars, so *shrugs*

So in the midst of one of my typically bizarre dreams last night, flanneryflyer and tamiflu popped in for cameos! And Flannery's dad (who I've never met) was there too. And enjoys cooking, apparently. Tammy, on the other hand, apparently sleeps in this tiny room with 4 other girls and is master of Powerpoint presentations.
